Show Fans is a social and educational platform that combines a social network with a system of courses and educational content.

Among other things, the Application may allow users to:

• Purchase courses and content
• View lessons and educational content

The available services and features may change and be updated from time to time.

Information We Collect

When you use Show Fans, we may collect information that you provide to us directly, as well as information collected automatically.

Information Provided by the User

This information may include:

• Name and username
• Email address
• Telephone number, where required
• Profile picture
• Profile details
• Information the user chooses to publish
• Posts, comments, and other content
• Messages and interactions with other users
• Courses in which the user has enrolled or that the user has purchased
• Answers to tests, assignments, and educational activities
• Communications with customer support and customer service

Users are not required to provide information that is not necessary for the Service. However, if certain information is not provided, some features of the Application may be unavailable.

Information Collected Automatically

When the Application is used, we may collect technical information and information about how the Service is used, including:

• Operating system
• Application version
• Technical identifiers associated with the device or Application
• Language and regional settings

• Screens and content viewed by the user

Google Analytics and Firebase

The Application uses Google Firebase and Google Analytics services provided by Google.

Private Messages and Chat

The Application allows users to communicate through private messages.

These messages may be stored in the Company’s systems in order to provide the chat service, display conversation history, secure the Service, address reports, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with legal requirements.

The messaging system must not be used for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, distribution of prohibited content, or infringement of other users’ rights.

Courses and Educational Activity

When the course platform is used, we may retain information such as:

• Courses in which the user has enrolled
• Courses purchased by the user
• Lessons viewed by the user
• Course progress
• Completion of lessons and courses
• Test and assignment results

Course Purchases and Payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Show Fans does not store users’ full credit card details in its systems.

Information that a user chooses to publish in public areas of Show Fans may be visible to other users and, in some cases, to the general public.

Users are responsible for the information and content they choose to publish.

However, no computer system or transmission of information over the internet is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute protection against every security incident.

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the Service, manage user accounts, provide access to purchased courses, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or comply with legal requirements.

Certain information relating to purchases and transactions may be retained for a longer period where required for accounting, legal, or regulatory purposes.

When information is no longer required, we may delete it or convert it into information that no longer allows an individual to be identified, subject to applicable law.

Account and Information Deletion

A user may request the deletion of their Show Fans account and the personal information associated with it.

Where the Application provides a dedicated account-deletion feature, the request may be submitted through that feature.

After receiving the request and verifying the user’s identity, we will take steps to delete the account and the information associated with it in accordance with applicable law.

Certain information may be retained after the account is deleted where there is a legal obligation or legitimate need to do so, including accounting information relating to purchases, fraud prevention, security of the Service, dispute resolution, and protection of legal rights.

Information that has been anonymized so that it can no longer be used to identify the user may be retained for statistical and research purposes.

By creating an account, the user represents that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.

Change of Ownership or Business Activity

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of business operations, reorganization, or transfer of Show Fans’ operations to another entity, information may be transferred as part of the transferred business.
